By creating an account or using HerFit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

HerFit AI is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching platform. It provides personalized workout plans, meal suggestions, and check-ins. HerFit AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use HerFit AI.

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us at hello@herfitai.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Account sharing is not permitted.

• New users get a 7-day free trial; your card is automatically charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis, processed securely by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime in Account settings and keep access through the end of your current billing period.
• First-time subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
• We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated data collection.
• No uploading or generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• No unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution of the service.

Plans, recommendations, and coach responses are generated by AI and provided as general guidance only. We make no guarantees about specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes.

All HerFit AI content, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by HerFit AI. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerFit AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HerFit AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notice.
